Scottish Premier League club Hearts have been fined a record £40,000 for their poor disciplinary record, the SFA have revealed.The fine - of which £10,000 is suspended - is double the size of the previous high, which was also aimed at Hearts last year.
This is the fourth consecutive year the Tynecastle club have been punished by the SFA in the governing body's annual disciplinary review.
Their Edinburgh rivals Hibernian were among 18 other clubs fined, with the Easter Road club being ordered to pay £10,000.
