Blackburn frontman Roque Santa Cruz believes his goals can fire to a Rovers European spot this season.The Paraguayan striker, who has scored 15 times already this season, claims making the UEFA Cup is a very realistic target.

Santa Cruz told the Lancashire Telegraph: "That's what we expect to achieve and I think we showed enough on Saturday to know that we have the qualities to reach that target.

"We want to get back into European competition again because this season we didn't play as well in the UEFA Cup as we know we can, and that was a big disappointment.

"When I first signed, I set myself a 15-goal target so I'm very pleased to have reached that with games still to go.

"I'm looking forward now to scoring as many as I can between now and the end of the season."
