Bury boss Alan Knill is boosted by the return of giant defender Ben Futcher from suspension for the trip to Peterborough United.The 6ft 7in centre-back has completed a two-match ban after picking up his 10th yellow card of the season in the recent 2-2 home draw against Wycombe.

However, Knill could again name Dave Challinor and on-loan Efe Sodje as his centre-back pairing following the Shakers' battling 1-1 draw at Mansfield in midweek.

Shakers defender Paul Morgan is working his way back from a torn hamstring and is ready to put nearly three months of frustration behind him.

After being virtually ever-present up to Christmas, the Northern Irish defender has yet to figure for the club in 2008 after several setbacks on the road to recovery.

But he is edging closer to a return to action for the relegation-threatened Shakers.
