Top scorer Derek Holmes remains a doubt for Rotherham manager Mark Robins ahead of the visit of struggling Accrington Stanley to Millmoor.The 11-goal striker missed the midweek defeat at Bradford after suffering an ankle injury in the home win against Lincoln.

A late decision will be made on the Scot's fitness, with Marc Newsham expected to retain his place in the starting XI should Holmes not make it once more.

Centre-back Pablo Mills was restored to the squad at Valley Parade and the defender is expected to be involved again against Accrington.

Millers defender Andy Todd, who is on loan at Stanley until the end of the season, is not allowed to face his parent club under the terms of the deal.
