N'Dour set for Saddlers start

Fri 29 Feb, 12:00 PM

Senegal midfielder Alassane N'Dour could be in line for his first start for Walsall when the Saddlers travel to Luton Town.N'Dour, who joined the club earlier this month on a short-term contract until the end of the season, has made three substitute appearances but could start at Kenilworth Road as Mark Bradley is struggling with an ankle injury sustained at Swindon.

N'Dour replaced Bradley late on in the 3-0 win over the Robins last week.

Michael Dobson could be in line for a recall after impressing manager Richard Money with his performance for the reserves in midweek.

"Alassane N'Dour is now ready to start pushing for a starting place while Michael Dobson has given me food for thought with his central-defensive display against a Leicester forward line that included Matty Fryatt and Barry Hayles," said Money.

Stefan Moore has been training with the club but a deal will not be done to sign the former Aston Villa striker before the weekend, with Money opting to take another look at him when the reserves play Nottingham Forest next week.
