Quakers hampered by suspensions

Darlington are crippled by suspensions ahead of the visit of Brentford with Alan White, Neil Austin, Ricky Ravenhill and Tommy Wright all out.White serves the second of a four-game ban following his red card against Mansfield, while fellow defender Austin and midfielder Ravenhill must also sit out after picking up yellow cards in the 2-1 win over Bury.

Ben Parker is expected to be named in the squad as defensive cover after signing on a month-long loan from Leeds.

Wright serves out his two-match ban while Julian Joachim and Richie Foran are doubtful with hamstring problems, but Greg Blundell is back after missing out at Gigg Lane because of a one-match ban.

Pawel Abbott is favourite to come in alongside Kevin Gall, who has extended his loan deal from Carlisle, and Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu, who scored on his return to Darlington colours last week.

Defender Tim Ryan and midfielder Clark Keltie remain out with knee injuries, while Rob Purdie has a leg injury.
