Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has been charged with improper conduct by the FA for comments made after the 1-1 draw at Bristol City.
The outspoken former Sheffield United boss had called a penalty awarded against his side "one of the softest I have ever seen" and slammed the allowance of an extra minute past the four allocated for stoppage time, during which Rovers' forward Jamie McCombe scored the equaliser.
Referee Richard Beeby was the target of his anger although the criticism was pointedly reserved, with Warnock saying "it could cost me a lot of money, but I'm very disappointed."
Palace lie in mid-table of the Championship, with 46 points from 34 games.
