Matthew Davies was handed a 10-day ban by the Wolverhampton stewards for improper riding.
The stewards found his mount, Karma Llama in the Packed Full of Fun - That's Pontin's Handicap, had gone lame, but that Davies continued to ride him out.
He will be suspended from April 11-20 inclusive.
