Watford manager Adrian Boothroyd has admitted that he faces his toughest challenge in management going into Sunday's trip to Blackpool.The Hornets need a win at Bloomfield Road to confirm a place in the play-offs and after blowing an eight-point lead at the summit of the Championship table Boothroyd has come under growing pressure.

He said: "Without a shadow of doubt this is the toughest because in the first instance there was nothing expected and in the second season there was nothing expected.

"And this year in the third there is huge expectancy created partly by what has gone before, created partly by the fans, and created partly by me because I won't sit on the fence.

"I'll say what I think we can achieve and I still think we can do it."
