Wolves winger Michael Kightly hopes to be at "full throttle" for Sunday's play-off decider with Plymouth Argyle at Molineux. The midfielder has recently returned from injury to boost Wanderers' push for the play-offs and after is confident he can complete the full 90 minutes against the Pilgrims.
"I got 60 minutes last Tuesday and just over 75 at Coventry so hopefully by Sunday I'll be full throttle," he told the Express & Star.
"If Palace draw and we win, we're there and if Watford draw and we get a few goals we're there so we're still in with a chance.
"Conceding late on against Ipswich and then drawing on Saturday when we feel we should have won makes it a bit disappointing we're not in there already.
"We'd have preferred to go into the last day with it in our own hands but we'll keep fighting right to the end."
