Lincoln midfielder Martin Pembleton has been ruled out of the last game of the season with the knee injury he sustained against Morecambe. The 17-year-old was stretchered off in the second half at Christie Park following an awkward landing on his left knee after jumping for a Jamie Forrester cross and has been ruled out of the home clash with Wrexham this weekend.
Lincoln physio Michael Wait told the club's website: "Martin has strained the medial ligaments in his left knee and its an injury which would normally rule out a player for around four to six weeks.
"He'll undergo a scan to make sure there is no further damage in the knee but he will definitely be keeping me company throughout May."
