German Andre Greipel of Omega Pharma Lotto won the sixth stage of the Tour of Turkey between Fethiye and Finike on the final sprint.
Greipel triumphed on the 184km stage in four hours, 27 minutes and two seconds.
Egolitz Garcia (Caja Rural) was second ahead of Bartosz Huzarski (Team NetApp).
"I won this stage last year here, and today made it a double," said Greipel. "It was tiring, but worth it.
"I tried to stay in front and I think I managed it. Actually, the Astana and FDJ cyclists, who were racing for the general classification lead, upped the tempo and that played into my hands."
Russian Alexander Efimkin now leads the General Classification, taking over the turquoise jersey from Thomas Peterson. Andrey Zeits (1:13 behind) and Thibeaut Pinot (1:33) are now second and third overall with two stages remaining.
Saturday's seventh stage is 138km long and runs from Tekirova to Manavgat.
