Crofts equals Cox's club record

Gillingham captain Andrew Crofts equalled Ian Cox's club record for most international appearances this week when he turned out for Wales.Crofts, who made his debut for the Gills as a 16-year-old, won his 11th cap for Wales in a friendly against Iceland in Reykjavik where John Toshack's side won 1-0.

The midfielder came on as a late substitute for Wigan's Jason Koumas. Manchester City striker Ched Evans back-heeled the winner just before half-time.
