If you had read before, then at no point did I say it­ was ok, and at no point did I condone it. I also said­ that we didn't make out we were Angels, but UEFA­ had said we were the Best fans - It was their­ Statement, not Mine. But if you are digging up an­ incident from the Eighties, then try and remember that­ we were by no means the worst... As I said before that­ his worst treatment was at Tynecastlegreyskull and­ I'm sure even Rangers fans would acknowledge that.­ It was a shameful incident, but the Celtic fans at­ least looked at the incident and changed our ways -­ That is why we get accolades now. When we Signed big­ Paul Elliot, he received some harsh abuse at Ibrox and­ Tynecastle too, but he was a great player for us... So­ too big Pierre, who went on to be heroes at Celtic­ Park... We put the Walters thing way behind us...
My­ point to you, is that Rangers in Israel, Rangers in­ Spain (Twice), Rangers in Manchester, are all in the­ last 5 Years and all you can speak about is how the­ Celtic Fans are Racist on the strength of an incident­ that happened something like 23 years ago...
Surely the­ incident in Israel with Rangers fans giving Nazi­ Salutes is more topical no? (Even though for some­ reason some had flown a Star of David - Don't­ Figure).
To resort to something that happened so long­ ago, surely you can see that your argument that we are­ 'bad fans' is severely flawed....
So why are­ you not stating who your team is?
