Leicester blew a two-goal lead as Brighton staged a comeback to win 3-2 at Withdean Stadium on a weather-affected night of League One action.
An own goal from defender Jack Hobbs a minute from time gave Brighton their first league win in 11 games.
Two first-half goals from leading goalscorer Matty Fryatt put the Foxes in control before the Seagulls launched a thrilling second-half fightback.
Brighton midfielder Bradley Johnson, on loan from Leeds, reduced the deficit with a low 25-yard drive on the hour and then levelled with another long-range effort after 85 minutes.
Albion grabbed their first home league win of the season with a minute left when Hobbs, on loan from Liverpool, turned a Joe Anyinsah cross into his own net.
Meanwhile, ten-man MK Dons ran out 2-1 winners at Brisbane Road against a lacklustre Leyton Orient that had only themselves to blame for the result.
A brace from on-loan Norwich midfielder Luke Chadwick eventually earned the visitors the spoils despite Tamika Mkandawire's late consolation for Orient, who also missed a penalty when Adam Boyd crashed wide following Shaun Cummings' 50th-minute foul on Sean Thornton - which also earned him a red card.
And former Leeds left-back Dan Harding added to United's troubles on the road as he scored the only goal for Southend in a 1-0 victory.
Harding curled a left-footed free-kick over a four-man Leeds wall and into the top-left corner of Casper Ankergren's goal after 18 minutes.
A stunning hat-trick from Oldham's teenage striker Lewis Alessandra handed league leaders Scunthorpe a 3-0 defeat at Boundary Park.
The 19-year-old local boy, making his first start in six games, hit the first treble of his career in the 26th, 50th and 60th minutes.
Meanwhile, the agony continued for Carlisle as Hartlepool snatched the points thanks to a 1-0 win at Brunton Park to make it four straight victories.
Defeat left the Cumbrians with just one point out of a possible 27 from the last nine games.
Bad weather forced the postponement of Northampton's game against Colchester and Walsall's clash with Swindon .
Northampton's clash at Sixfields against the U's and Walsall's match against the Robins at Banks's Stadium have both fallen victim to heavy snow.
The referees at both matches decided the surface was unplayable after making pitch inspections at both venues.
A new date for both fixtures is yet to be announced.
