Leyton Orient boss Geraint Williams has urged his side to have more belief in their own ability when they come up against the big guns in League One.
The Os travelled to Huddersfield on Saturday having won three of their previous five games, but Williams was dismayed to see that pre-match confidence dissolve in a 4-0 hiding.
The Os host Southampton on Saturday and Williams is hoping for an big improvement against another of the so-called 'bigger' clubs.
"We've really got to believe in ourselves when we go to big grounds," said Williams.
"We said we were going up to Huddersfield to get a result. We have got to believe that. It seemed that as the game went on, we lacked that belief."
