Double 500m gold for Canada
Olivier Jean gave home fans something to cheer as he won gold in the men's 500m at the World Cup event in Saguenay, Canada.
Jean edged compatriot and short track legend Charles Hamelin for first place, with Russia's Vladimir Grigoriev third.
Britain's Jon Eley was fourth, while Korea's Lee Junh-Su was disqualified.
And there was more glory for the home nation in the women's 500m as Marianne St Gelais took victory, while Italy's Martina Valcepina pipped China's Liu Qiuhong on the line for silver.
Korea's Noh Jinkyu edged compatriot Kwak Yoon-Gy to win the men's 1500m short track gold.
Japan's Yuzo Takamido took the bronze medal.
In the women's 1500m, Italy's Arianna Fontana held off Korean dueo Lee Eun-Byul and Cho Ha-Ri to take gold.
