Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has been named Coca-Cola Championship manager of the month for November.
The month saw the Owls win five and draw of their two of their games, with a 5-0 win over Southampton the highlight of a run which also saw them beat Plymouth and local rivals Barnsley.
Laws told the club's official website, www.swfc.co.uk: "It's great to be awarded the Championship manager of the month title for November but I really must dedicate this to the players.
"All the players are believing in themselves now. I salute them in how they have gone about their jobs and duties so I dedicate this award to all of the players in the Sheffield Wednesday squad.
Laws beat fellow nominees Alan Pardew of Charlton, Phil Brown of Hull City and West Brom's Tony Mowbray to the award.
Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood was named League One manager of the month with Rotherham's Mark Robins receiving the League One accolade.
