Hartlepool manager Danny Wilson bemoaned what he feels is his side's lack of confidence after they lost 2-0 away to high flying Doncaster.Goals from Richard Wellens and Adam Lockwood proved decisive at the Keepmoat Stadium.
"We are suffering from a lack of belief but you have to give credit to Doncaster and the way they played because they are a very good side," said Wilson.
"I thought we matched them at times in the first half but they put us under a lot of pressure and kept the ball better than us.
"It was like a hot potato as far as we were concerned and when the second goal came it was as if our world had caved in.
"After that they could have scored four or five but we've just got to get our heads up and get on with the job."
