Rookie Crystal Palace goalkeeper David Wilkinson has joined Blue Square South side Eastleigh on loan until the end of the season.The 19-year-old, who had a spell in the same division at Welling last season, has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Eagles but has been among the substitutes.

Manager Neil Warnock has policy of not naming a keeper on the bench, however, so Wilkinson - who has a contract at Selhurst Park until the end of the season - is heading out on loan to gain some vital experience.
