Shrewsbury manager Paul Simpson admits he has a huge job on his hands after Bury won 1-0 to continue his side's dismal run in League Two.Nicky Adams' strike ensured Simpson has yet to win after four games in charge as the Shrews manager.
"We really need to turn things around," said Simpson.
"I am told we've been missing chances all season. We've missed several and if you don't take chances you don't deserve anything.
"Over 90 minutes I think this was the worse display since I arrived. But I knew all about that when I came.
"I wouldn't be here if it had all been roses. We were alright for 30 minutes but then lost faith. I suppose that comes after only one win in 18 games."
