Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell has revealed "he doesn't know" whether he has a future beyond the end of the season.Blackwell was handed a contract until the end of the current campaign when he replaced Bryan Robson in February.

Despite guiding the Blades to eight wins in 13 games since taking over the reigns, Blackwell has yet to sit down and discuss his future with the board.

"I don't know if I have got a future here yet," Blackwell told the club's official website.

"If you've been through what I've been through in the last two years then nothing surprises you in football but when I came here I had an agreement with the Chairman as to the length of my contract, which is to the end of the season.

"I have stuck by that and he has stuck by that and at some point I'm sure we will talk."
