On-loan defender Ryan Bertrand has been called up to the England Under-19 squad for their European Championship qualifiers.The 18-year-old Chelsea trainee has impressed during his loan spell with the Tractor Boys and has been rewarded with a call-up to Brian Eastick's side.

The youngsters will travel to Belarus next month for the Elite Round of qualifying for the European Under-19 Championships.

England have been placed in Group One and will take on hosts Belarus along with Serbia and Poland as they aim to reach the finals, which will be held in the Czech Republic in July.
