Brentford boss Andy Scott has allowed Reuben Reid to return early to parent club Plymouth Argyle after a less than impressive loan spell.The winger has failed to make a solid enough impact at Griffin Park during his three-month stay with the Bees.

Reid, 19, made just 10 appearances and started just one game for the League Two club but will return to Home Park as boss Scott opts to look elsewhere for attacking options in the closed season.
