Stoke defender Ryan Shawcross has been included in the England Under-21 squad for the friendly against Wales on May 15 in Wrexham.Shawcross has played an integral part in the Potters' push for promotion and has followed up his debut showing against Poland last month with another call-up from coach Stuart Pearce.
The 20-year-old joins the likes of Theo Walcott, Gabriel Agbonlahor, David Wheater, Michael Johnson and Mark Noble in the 23-man squad.
