Colussi Perugia won the women's Champions League title for a second time in three years after beating Russian side Zarechie Odintsovo 3-1.
The Italians, who had beaten Asystel Novara 3-2 in the semis, were in imposing form as they won the first two sets 25-15 and 25-21.
The Russians, winners over hosts Grupo 2002 Murcia 3-1 in the previous round, struck back 25-18 in the third set.
But Colussi Perugia closed out the title in imposing fashion taking the final set 25-14.
Asystel Novara confirmed Italy's superiority by beating Murcia 3-2 in the third-fourth play-off to claim a well-earned bronze position.
