Reading have confirmed they will play a pre-season friendly against League One new boys MK Dons at stadium:mk on Saturday July 19.The Royals, who are preparing for life back in the Championship, will face a stern test against Paul Ince's side, who were promoted to League One as champions last season.

Following the Dons game, Reading will travel to Sweden for an eight-day tour, playing FC Trollhattan on July 24, Lerkils IF on July 26 and Halmstads BK three days later before returning to the UK to take on Aston Villa at the Madejski Stadium on August 2.
