Barnet manager Paul Fairclough admits he has been impressed by the fitness of wantaway winger Albert Adomah in pre-season testing.The Bees underwent fitness tests at Underhill on Monday and return to training next week.

"Adomah excelled in the tests," Fairclough told the club's official website. "He is looking bright and very focused."

Adomah, 20, made 22 appearances and scored five goals for the club last season after signing from Harrow Borough in early January.

The winger handed in a transfer request in May and is reported to be attracting interest from Plymouth.
