Jamie Forrester is hoping he can be the man to solve Notts County's goalscoring problems as he continues to settle in at Meadow Lane. The 33-year-old has arrived at the club from Lincoln and with County's top scorers netting just three goals last season, he is keen to ensure he is among the goals next season, having bagged 14 for the Imps himself last year.
He told the club's official website: "I want to score goals, I'm hungry to score goals and I look forward to doing it here.
"I like scrappy goals - and no matter how they come I will be delighted.
"I'm a frontman who likes to link up the play, but I'm also very keen on getting into the box and getting on the end of things."
