Marvin Anderson and Christopher Williams will join Bolt, the world 100 metres record holder, in the 200 metres at this year's Beijing Games after clinching podium positions.
In the women's 200 metres, defending Olympic champion Veronica Campbell-Brown put her disappointment at failing to qualify in the 100 metres behind her by winning the 200 in the year's best time of 21.94.
Kerron Stewart and Sherone Simpson also made the team. Bolt is now 100 and 200 metres Jamaican national champion but has yet to decide whether he will compete in both events in China.
After running within himself in the final stages, the 21-year-old, silver medallist in 200 at the world championships, said he was satisfied with his weekend's work.
"It was a good race, I just came here to qualify and I did what I had to do," he said.
"I've done a lot this weekend - I didn't want to go too fast," he added before being besieged by autograph-hunting fans.
Campbell-Brown bounced back from her shock setback with a powerful display.
"My coach said that I could do under-22 as long as I executed my race from curve to finish and stayed focused and that is what I did and I am very happy for the result," she said.
"It is one of my best training years, I've been healthy and it has been going great, I am very comfortable and training and having fun," she added.
Having set some of the best times in 100 metres this year, Campbell-Brown found herself squeezed out by the impressive Stewart who ran the year's best time of 10.80. Shelly-Ann Fraser and Sherone Simpson took the podium positions.
"Of course, I was disappointed," said Campbell-Brown, "My objective was to win double Olympics and now I can just try to defend my 200 gold. I don't know what happened but I didn't want to dwell on it, I just used it as a motivational factor and focused on what I had to do -- win my 200 metres."
