The former Palermo and Fiorentina hit-man moved to the Allianz Arena in 2007 in a £10 million deal.

Despite scoring 38 Bundesliga goals in two seasons, the 32-year-old's place is under threat after Mario Gomez and Ivica Olic arrived at the club.

"I don't want to leave Bayern, I feel very happy in Munich," Toni told Bild.

"Bayern has everything I want at the moment: excellent prospects for the championship and a real chance to win the Champions League."

Toni also denied reports that he was unhappy with the signings of Olic and Gomez, adding: "I think it was a smart decision to bring them in."

  2. they have to drop 2 from Gomez, Klose, Toni and Olic. My guess is that Klose will remain no.1, with the others coming in when required. This should improve Toni if anything

  3. I don't see the arrival of this 2 players posing any threat to luca unless he is not willing to work hard. Toni is top finisher in my opinion with good height, so why should he leave.
