Ligue 1 - Lucho set for big-money Marseille move

Argentina midfielder Lucho Gonzalez is set to join Ligue 1 side Marseille from Porto in a deal worth up to 24 million euros.
L'OM stated on their website that he will sign a four-year deal with last season's runners-up.
"There is an agreement on the principle but it's still pending the traditional medical tests", Marseille stated.
The 28-year-old, who has played 43 times for Argentina, was a top target for new coach Didier Deschamps.

Yes! Great player. I think Deschamps is onto something here. Lucho is great on set pieces
Absolutely great player for Porto, if he does join Marseille that would be great for them. They would need to try and find a way of giving him a free role for him to shine.
