Toon clash switched

Blackpool's home clash with Newcastle has been put back 24 hours and will now be played on Wednesday, September 16.

The Coca-Cola Championship showdown will kick off at 7.45pm at Bloomfield Road.

The meeting will be the first encounter between the sides since 1987, when Newcastle won a two-legged League Cup tie 4-2 on aggregate.
