Swansea striker Guillem Bauza has vowed to continue his excellent pre-season form into the forthcoming Championship campaign. The 23-year-old Spaniard took his tally to 10 in eight pre-season games as the Swans came back from 3-0 down to earn a 3-3 draw against Barcelona's B team in Catalunya.
Bauza was sent off for a second booking with 10 minutes remaining but insists he does not need to make changes to his style.
He told the club's official website: "It was an interesting night. We showed many variations to our game that will stand us in good stead for the Championship.
"I've worked hard over pre-season to get ready for the British game, not the Spanish one. I wouldn't have even been booked in the Championship, so I won't stop doing what's needed when the new season kicks off.
"I'm just pleased I've added another two goals to my tally. That's why I'm here, and hopefully I can keep it going right up until the end of the season."
