East Stirlingshire have confirmed they will play Wednesday night's rearranged Irn-Bru Third Division match against Livingston.
Shire had vowed not to fulfil the fixture unless they received compensation for the game originally postponed on August 8.
Livi refused to play that match on the opening day of the season as they were appealing against the Scottish Football League's decision to demote them from the First Division for a breach of the league's insolvency rules.
Shire faced being docked 15 point by the SFL for not playing the game, that being the punishment meted out to Hamilton when their players boycotted a game in April 2000.
Shire will continue to pursue the league over recovering their costs for the called-off August 8 encounter.
