Brighton strikers Glenn Murray and Craig Davies are available for the visit of Hartlepool.
Murray returns after missing last weekend's 2-0 defeat by Oldham through suspension, and Davies is back from his loan spell with Yeovil.
The Seagulls are still short of numbers at the back, however, with centre-half Colin Hawkins (heel), left-backs Jim McNulty and Jake Wright (both ankle) and right-back Andrew Whing (hernia) still missing.
Midfielder Adam El-Abd will continue to deputise at left-back with on-loan Arsenal youngster Gavin Hoyte keeping his place on the right.
Goalkeeper Michel Kuipers' position has come under scrutiny this week, and the absence of back-up Graeme Smith from the reserve-team line-up in midweek suggests he may be about to get his chance.
