Saturday

Blackburn Rovers 0-0 Stoke City

This was the fifth goalless draw in the Premier League this season, and it was the second for both clubs.

Blackburn are unbeaten in their last six home league matches, winning four times. They have lost only two of their 18 Premier League matches at Ewood Park since Sam Allardyce took charge in December 2008.

Stoke are without a win in all 11 visits to the North-West since they were promoted to the Premier League, losing six times and drawing on five occasions.

Stoke have kept six clean sheets this season - only Chelsea (8) have kept more in the division.

Fulham 1-1 Bolton Wanderers

This was Fulham's first home league draw in 16 matches. This ended the club's longest top flight streak without a home draw in 50 years and they also became the last Premier League team to draw at home in 2009.

Bolton are without a win in their last 14 top flight visits to Fulham stretching back over 57 years, since a 2-1 victory in old Division One in April 1952.

Ivan Klasnic scored his second league goal for Bolton, and first away from home. His only other goal came in their 3-2 home victory against Everton on October 25.

Fulham's Damien Duff scored the 42nd Premier League goal of his career. He is the third highest-scoring Irishman in Premier League history behind Robbie Keane (121) and Niall Quinn (58).

Manchester City 1-1 Hull City

This was Manchester City's seventh successive league draw, equalling the top flight record, last set by Southampton from December 1994 to February 1995.

Jimmy Bullard scored his second successive Premier League penalty after netting in Hull's 3-3 home draw against West Ham United last week, November 21.

Hull City have come from behind to pick up points in the last two matches when they have been 1-0 down at half time. They also came from one down at the break to win 2-1 at home against Stoke City on November 8.

Portsmouth 1-4 Manchester United

This was the first Premier League match this season in which both teams have scored a penalty. The last time this happened in the division came in Arsenal's 4-1 home victory against Stoke on May 24 - Robin van Persie and Ricardo Fuller both finding the net.

Wayne Rooney scored his second career Premier League hat trick after netting three times in United's 4-0 win at Bolton Wanderers in October 2006. This was the seventh hat trick scored in the Premier League this season.

Ryan Giggs scored his 100th Premier League goal. He is the 17th Premier Leagueayer to reach this milestone.

Kevin Prince-Boateng scored the equaliser from the penalty spot for Portsmouth. He missed the club's last penalty in their 1-0 defeat at Stoke City last week, November 22.

Manchester United had five Englishmen in their starting line up today - the equal-most they have had in their team this season. They also had five Englishmen in the starting line up in their 1-0 defeat at Burnley on August 19.

Portsmouth's starting line up had an average age of 26 years and 330 days - their youngest in the Premier League this season.

West Ham United 5-3 Burnley

This match had eight goals in the third time this season that eight or more goals have been scored in a Premier League match.

West Ham have scored and conceded in each of their last ten league matches and have let in at least two goals in nine of their last ten matches, including three in each of their last two.

Burnley have conceded 13 goals in their three Premier League visits to London this season.

Jack Collison scored his fifth career Premier League goal, and his second in two matches. He netted in West Ham's 3-3 draw at Hull City last week, November 21.

Junior Stanislas scored his fourth league goal for West Ham - all have come at Upton Park.

Carlton Cole scored West Ham's fourth penalty from four attempts this season.

Burnley's Steven Fletcher scored the first ever Premier League double of his career, and is now the top scoring Premier Leagueayer for a promoted club this season.

Wigan Athletic 1-0 Sunderland

Wigan kept their first clean sheet in nine matches, since a 1-0 home win against West Ham United on September 12, after conceding nine goals at Tottenham last week.

Wigan's Hugo Rodallega scored his sixth Premier League goal of the season - he is the top scoring South American Premier Leagueayer in the division this season.

Sunderland have not won in their last six Premier League away matches, since their 1-0 victory at Bolton Wanderers on the opening day of the season, August 15.

Only four of Sunderland's 20 league points have been picked up away from home this season.

Aston Villa 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur

This was Aston Villa's 100th draw at home in the Premier League - they are the first Premier League team to reach this milestone.

Manager Martin O'Neill has not won in his last ten Premier League matches against Harry Redknapp stretching back 12 years. His only victory over the Tottenham manager in 15 Premier League meetings (9 defeats) was Leicester City's 2-1 home win against Redknapp's West Ham United in October 1997.

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is now unbeaten in his last five Premier League visits to Villa Park, losing only four of 15 league visits to the stadium as a manager.

In total, Tottenham have only ever won three of 23 Premier league visits to the city of Birmingham to face either Aston Villa or Birmingham City.

Aston Villa's Gabriel Agbonlahor has scored four goals in the club's last six Premier League matches at Villa Park.

Michael Dawson scored his fourth career Premier Leauge goal, and only his second away from home. His only other away goal came in Tottenham's 1-1 draw at West Ham United in November 2007.

Arsenal 0-3 Chelsea

Only seven times before have Arsenal suffered a heavier home defeat in the English top flight. The last time they conceded at least three goals and were shut out themselves was the 0-3 defeat against Middlesbrough on 14 April 2001.

Arsenal have failed to score in back-to-back league matches for the first time in nine months - a four-match goalless streak from January to February 2009.

Thomas Vermaelen was the third player to score an own goal in Arsenal's last three league matches against Chelsea. On 30 November 2008 and 10 May 2009, Johan Djourou and Kolo Toure hit their own net.

Didier Drogba scored multiple goals in a single Premier League match for the first time since 15 August 2009, when he scored both goals for Chelsea in the match against Hull City (2-1).

With his two goals, Didier Drogba has now scored 10 goals in 12 matches against Arsenal in all competitions.

Arsenal have won only one of their last six Premier League home matches against Chelsea - a 1-0 victory in December 2007.

Chelsea have won their last five Premier League matches without conceding a goal, their longest run of clean sheets since keeping five in a row from October to November 2008.

Chelsea won their last six league London derby matches, scoring 16 goals, since their 1-0 defeat at Tottenham on March 21.

Everton 0-2 Liverpool

Liverpool are now unbeaten in their last six league matches against Everton, their longest unbeaten run against their arch rivals since they went without a defeat in nine league matches between April 2000 and January 2004.

Liverpool have won their last three Premier League visits to Goodison Park.

Everton have now lost their last three Premier League matches, their longest losing streak since they went down four straight times in December 2005, including a 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool.

Dirk Kuyt scored Liverpool's 1100th PL goal. They are the third team to reach this milestone after Manchester United (1318) and Arsenal (1152).

This was the 100th Premier League defeat for Everton manager David Moyes. He sat on the bench for Everton in the Premier League 289 times, winning 117 times.

Moyes has won only two of the 15 Merseyside league derby matches he has been involved in, losing nine times.

Liverpool kept only their fourth Premier League clean sheet season in the, following wins v Manchester United (2-0), Burnley (4-0) and Stoke (4-0). Last season, Liverpool recorded 20 clean sheets.

Wolves 0-1 Birmingham City

Birmingham are now unbeaten in their last five Premier League matches, their longest run without a Premier League defeat in five years, since a five-match streak from September to October 2004.

Birmingham have won back-to-back Premier League matches for the first time since December 2004 when they beat Middlesbrough (2-0) and Fulham (3-2).

Birmingham have now kept six Premier League clean sheets this season. Only Chelsea (9) have kept more in the division.

Wolves have not won in their last eight league matches since a 2-1 home victory against Fulham on September 20.

Birmingham are now unbeaten in their last eight league matches against Wolves, since a 2-1 defeat at Molineux in the second tier of English football in December 2001.
