Inverness Caledonian Thistle have signed forward Dougie Imrie from First Division strugglers Clyde on a two-and-a-half-year contract.The 24-year-old signed with the Highland side on Thursday night.

Clyde boss John Brown, who took charge at Broadwood last week, said: "I've only had the opportunity to work with Dougie for a few days but I commented to his agent Kevin Drinkell that I've been impressed by his energy levels and enthusiasm.

"I wish him all the best and hope that he makes the most of this opportunity to play for an SPL club."
