Colin Nish has completed an immediate move to Hibernian after Kilmarnock accepted an undisclosed offer from their SPL rivals on Thursday.Nish signed a pre-contract with Hibernian on Wednesday and was set to join in the summer on a 'Bosman' free transfer.
However the clubs have now agreed on a fee to allow Nish to leave Rugby Park without having to serve the remaining months of his Killie deal.
Nish, 26, has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract at Easter Road.
Hibernian manager Mixu Paatelainen told the club's official website: "We're very pleased to have secured Colin's services at this time.
"He is a very talented player who has proven that he can score goals in the SPL so we are delighted to welcome him to the club."
