Leicester's Republic of Ireland Under-21 international defender Alan Sheehan has joined Leeds on loan for the remainder of the season.Sheehan has moved to Elland Road after Foxes manager Ian Holloway signed fellow left-back Jamie Clapham from Wolves.

Sheehan will be reunited with former team-mate Darren Kenton, who has had his contract cancelled by Leicester whilst on loan at Leeds.

Sheehan has made 24 appearances for Leicester this season, scoring two goals.
