Midfielder Richard Butcher believes Notts County's remaining six league matches are 'cup finals' as the club bids to stave off relegation. The 27-year-old insists the Magpies, who are third from bottom in League Two, are not out of the woods yet despite holding the team directly below them - local rivals Mansfield - to a goalless draw on Saturday.
The result kept County seven points ahead of Mansfield, and Butcher told the club's official; website: "It was obviously good not to lose to Mansfield, but we still have six cup finals to go.
"We have been keeping clean sheets recently and hopefully now we can keep that up in our next game against Bury."
