QPR boss Luigi de Canio has revealed Akos Buzsaky missed the 0-0 draw at Ipswich after aggravating an ankle injury while on international duty.The 25-year-old midfielder had been struggling in recent weeks with a slight problem and was rested at the weekend after playing in Hungary's 1-0 defeat to Slovenia on Wednesday night.

De Canio told the club's official website: "Akos has been complaining of a slight injury in his ankle in the past few weeks.

"This problem has actually been stressed by going away and playing for Hungary.

"We gave him time to stay at home with his family and recover."
