Gillingham manager Mark Stimson is expected to name Kevin Maher in his squad for the visit of Luton to Priestfield on Tuesday evening.The on-loan midfielder has missed the Gills last three games through suspension after picking up a red card at home against Crewe but should be drafted straight back into the fold.

On-loan striker Donovan Simmonds is set to make his debut after signing until the end of the season from Coventry on loan deadline day last week.

He was ineligible to feature against Carlisle at the weekend as he was serving a suspension picked up while playing for Coventry's reserves.

Goalkeeper Simon Royce is a doubt with an ankle injury sustained in training in midweek whilst centre-half Danny Cullip (hamstring) and midfielder Adam Miller (hernia) hope to be fit to play.
