Kevin Blackwell is adamant his Sheffield United side can still sneak into the Championship play-offs despite defeat at Preston on Saturday.The 3-1 loss at Deepdale halted a four-game winning streak for the Blades and leaves Blackwell's men languishing in 13th.

But with four of their remaining six games this season at home, Blackwell is refusing to admit defeat in his quest to guide United into a top-six spot.

"We still have so much to play for, for the fans and ourselves because we are playing for the future," he told the club's website.

"Results have shown all season that places are up for grabs and we will not stop until we cannot catch the teams in the play-offs."
