Tottenham striker Darren Bent has targeted taking his goal tally into double figures in his first season at White Hart Lane. The 24-year-old striker has scored eight times since arriving from Charlton last summer, with his opportunities limited by injuries and the partnership of Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane.
Spurs are looking for a response after getting humbled by Newcastle at the weekend, and Bent hopes to play his part.
He said: "On a personal note, I'd be happy with double figures for the season considering I missed a lot of games through injury. But the main thing is that we bounce back as a team."
