Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore is relishing the chance for his players to pit their wits against Premier League side Bolton in pre-season.The Trotters will travel to Prenton Park on Tuesday July 29 as Gary Megson's men prepare for another gruelling Premier League season.
Ricardo Vaz Te scored the only goal of the game when the two sides met in a friendly last summer and Moore is keen for his side to produce a decent performance in readiness for the new campaign.
"Bolton gave us a very good test last summer and I'm happy to welcome them back to Prenton Park," said Moore.
"They have some very talented players and will provide us with the standard of opposition we need before the new season starts."
