Italy coach Nick Mallett will be unable to call on prop Castrogiovanni (pictured) and flyhalf Marcato and scumhalf Simon Picone has also pulled out of the tour.

Picone will not join the squad for personal reasons as they play two matches against the Wallabies on June 13 and 20 and a test against the All Blacks in Christchurch.

Mallett has brought in prop Ignacio Rouyet and flyhalf Kristopher Burton, who both have two caps, while uncapped Gran Parma scrumhalf Tito Tebaldi replaces Picone.
