Former Tranmere midfielder Robbie Weir has signed for Burton.
The 23-year-old was released from Prenton Park at the end of last season and has signed a two-year deal with the Brewers.
The Northern Irishman, who started his career with Larne, made 44 appearances for Tranmere in the 2011/12 campaign.
