Kenny Miller insists Rangers' players are more interested in improving their results on the park than discussing the club's problems off it.
Turmoil behind the scenes has dominated the headlines since manager Walter Smith's claims last week that the bank is now running Rangers. Those claims were refuted by the Lloyds Banking Group but there is no doubt that finances have been a problem for some time.
But Miller said: "To be honest, it doesn't affect us. It might affect us come January if any of us were to be sold. But we just concentrate on training hard. Our performances on the pitch haven't been great so we need to put that right and anything behind the scenes and off the pitch we will leave to other people."
He added: "We are not sitting in the dressing room talking about it. We've got other things on our mind and more important things to worry about than what's going on off the field.
"We need to improve our performances and start winning games and that's what we're focused on."
The situation regarding the sale of players in January is also unclear.
Smith made reference to his entire squad being up for sale last week but a statement on the club's official website hours later claimed they would not be forced to sell assets during the next transfer window.
"We are in the same boat as we were last year and nothing happened," said Miller. "We will wait and see. We are just concentrating on things on the field. If we can put things right on the field, hopefully things off the field will take care of themselves.
"If you are asking me personally, then I'm not thinking about it at all.
"I'm firmly focused on regaining the league this year and winning as many competitions as we can and hopefully progressing in the Champions League."

ranger that wont fly its a club in crisis..get your head out th sand ya t i t!
Crikey, for a moment I thought I had stumbled upon a William Shakespeare appreciation society web page. Stunning prose, erudite and thoughtful. By the jingo it will be hard to follow the stuff underneath.
Anyway, Kenny, concentrate on your job on the park. I suspect that a degree of negativity has permeated from "up the stairs", to the team ( it would be hard not to do so), hence some of the recent less than brilliant performances. I, for one, regard the exodus of Minty with the same relish as a surviving turkey welcomes the first of January. Onwards and upwards lads.

i think Kenny Miller is a great player, i just dont understand the criticism, the guy runs his heart out, scores goals and still gets pelters, Celtic fans did the same to him, he was outstanding in my book, the goal he scored against Caley in the last minute was the best ever, neat one two and placed it perfectly in the corner of the net, you wont see goals of that calibre from Boyd or Macdonald yet they seem to get away with murder.
we are still too good for the Manky Mob,I think jim.todd may be a disgruntled Celtic fan.angry because Miller is a regular scorer against them
I suspect that jim.todd79 is a disgruntled Manky Mob fan going by his biased comments
