Steve Simonsen will return to the Stoke side for the Britannia Stadium clash against Hull after Russell Hoult was sent off at Plymouth Argyle.Hoult was shown a straight red for bringing down Sylvan Ebanks-Blake in the 2-2 draw with the Pilgrims and will now serve a three-match suspension, starting on New Year's Day.

Otherwise Pulis has no new injury or suspension concerns and could name the same outfield 10 as the Potters look to extend their unbeaten run to 10 games.
